I have been using them for a few years now after a colleague recommended them - they do genuinely love cats and place is pristine! First time I was more nervous and feeling guilty for leaving my cat and he was shy too, to begin with. Subsequent visits, he can't wait to get out of his carry case, then turns and looks at me as if to say, "are you still here?" He's always a happy chappy when he stays and that's good enough for me!

Oaklands was suggested by our vet, and we have been using it for several years. It's very clean and professional, but with obvious and genuine care for the cats.
